Account Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Taxumo is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Associate to join our team. This position is a part-time remote role, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Account Support Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in various accounting tasks and providing support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist clients with account setup and general inquiries via phone, email, or chat. 2. Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, categorizing expenses, and reconciling accounts. 3. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. 4. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner. 5. Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents as needed. 6. Stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance for clients. 7. Support clients with tax filing and preparation, guiding them through the process and answering any questions they may have.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field. 2. Adaptable and dedicated individual who can work independently and as part of a team. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
