Account Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Monde Nissin is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Support Representative to join our team in a part-time, work-from-home role. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent project management and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Managing and maintaining client accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency - Assisting with account inquiries, issue resolution, and troubleshooting - Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to support account growth and retention - Updating and maintaining customer records and databases - Generating reports and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Providing feedback to management on client needs and preferences - Meeting and exceeding performance targets and goals

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an account support or customer service role - Strong project management and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Hardworking and reliable with a strong attention to detail - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
