Call Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

BeamAndGo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Manager to work from home in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in call center management, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a team of customer service representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations - Monitor call center metrics and performance targets to meet and exceed customer expectations - Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records and reports on call center activities - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in call center management - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding call center metrics and performance targets - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail - Driven and resilient personality traits - Ability to work independently and remotely - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
