Remote Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Grab Philippines is seeking a Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Remote Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance or information as needed - Make outbound calls to follow up with customers on previous inquiries or issues - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns in a professional and timely manner - Document all customer interactions and update customer records as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed call center performance goals and targets - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong time management and presentation skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and remote environment - Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to take calls
