Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Cloudstaff is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a part-time Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through chat communication channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively through chat support. 2. Demonstrate strong knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 3. Utilize emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and provide personalized solutions to their needs. 4. Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues. 6. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively through chat messaging. 3. Driven and confident personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. 4. Ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence and analyze customer interactions to improve service. 5. Proficiency in using chat support tools and platforms. 6. Flexibility to work part-time hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
