Job Description - Chat Support Manager - Work from home


Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team at Storm Technologies. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of chat support agents, ensuring high-quality customer service, and meeting performance targets. This is a part-time position that can be done remotely from home.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of chat support agents, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations. 2. Monitor chat support interactions to ensure quality and provide feedback for improvement. 3. Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales. 4. Analyze chat support data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in chat support management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. At least 8 years of experience in customer service, with a minimum of 2 years in a management role. 3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets in a chat support environment. 4. Excellent communication and leadership skills. 5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. 6. Resilient and energetic personality traits, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. 7. Experience with remote team management is a plus.
