Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

Shopee Philippines is seeking a Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Davao City. As a Client Relations Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain positive relationships with our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns they may have. 2. Assist in preparing and presenting proposals to clients for new products or services. 3. Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure that client requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. 4. Monitor client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities with existing clients. 6. Assist in developing strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction. 7. Handle client inquiries and provide information about products and services. 8. Conduct research to identify trends in client behavior and preferences.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or customer service. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team. 5. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 6. Resourceful and reliable. 7. Experience in planning and executing client engagement activities. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 9. Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
