Job Description:

BeamAndGo, a leading digital platform helping overseas Filipino workers support their families back home, is seeking a talented Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for motivated and driven individuals with at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage client inquiries and concerns through various communication channels including email, phone calls, and live chat. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance client engagement and satisfaction. 4. Resolve client issues by employing problem-solving skills and demonstrating emotional intelligence. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino. 2. Ability to work independently and within a team. 3. Strong organizational and time management skills. 4. Motivated and driven to achieve targets and objectives. 5. Problem-solving abilities with a high level of emotional intelligence.
