Client Relations Officer

AllCare is seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Relations Officer to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and issues - Track and report on client interactions and feedback - Implement client retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value

Requirements: - Proven experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think innovatively and problem-solve effectively - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Personality traits: - Dedication to providing exceptional service to clients - Reliability in meeting and exceeding client expectations

Soft skills: - Ability to innovate and provide creative solutions to client issues - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
