Job Description:
GMA Network Inc. is seeking a Remote Client Service Officer to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required. As a Remote Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to our clients remotely.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat, to address their inquiries and concerns - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and technical support - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to provide informed support to clients
Requirements: - Reliable and driven individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Effective planning and organizational abilities - Proficiency in using technology and online platforms - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
