Job Description:
Olivia is seeking a dedicated and passionate Client Support Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Client Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional client support and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This position requires at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services. 4. Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies to enhance retention and loyalty. 5. Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, proactively addressing any issues to maintain a positive relationship. 6. Work collaboratively with internal teams to optimize processes and improve overall client experience. 7. Provide regular reports and updates on client interactions and support activities.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2. At least 3 years of experience in a client support or customer service role. 3. Hardworking and passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients. 4. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
