Job Description:
mClinica is seeking a Remote Client Support Manager to join our dynamic team. As a fast-growing company in the healthcare technology industry, we are looking for a motivated individual with at least 7 years of experience in client support and management. This part-time role is perfect for someone at a mid-to-senior level who is energetic, confident, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote client support agents, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention. 3. Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance. 4. Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience. 6. Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field. 2. Proven experience in client support and management, with a minimum of 7 years in a similar role. 3. Strong organizational and leadership skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Energetic and confident personality traits. 8. Innovative and effective presentation skills.
