Job Description - Client Support Officer

Job Description:


Acudeen Technologies is seeking a Client Support Officer to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for someone who is resourceful and confident in their abilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong soft skills in project management and people management.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings. 2. Resolve client issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist clients with account management, including updating information and processing requests. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system. 6. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.


Requirements: 1. Resourceful and confident personality traits. 2. Strong soft skills in project management and people management. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
