Job Description: MadEats is seeking a Remote Client Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who possess a resourceful and driven personality. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client support and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues related to our platform - Educate clients on the features and benefits of our products and services - Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and address any concerns - Collaborate with the internal team to provide solutions to client issues - Keep detailed records of client interactions and update client information in the database - Contribute to the development and improvement of client support processes
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence - Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools - Flexibility to work during non-traditional hours, as needed - Experience with CRM systems is a plus
