Job Description - Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


Megaworld Corporation is seeking a part-time Client Support Specialist to join our team in Davao City, PH. As an entry-level position, no specific years of experience are required, but a minimum of 1 year in a related field is preferred. The successful candidate will be independent and dedicated, with a strong ability to innovate and plan effectively.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent client support through email, phone, and chat channels - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner - Identify trends in client feedback and suggest improvements to the client experience - Create and maintain client support documentation for internal and external use - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of customer service best practices - Experience with Zendesk or similar client support platforms is a plus
