Job Description - Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


MetroMart is seeking a Contact Center Manager to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our contact center, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, with a requirement of at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of contact center agents, including hiring, training, and performance management - Develop and implement contact center policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service - Monitor and analyze contact center metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution - Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the contact center operations


Requirements: - Resourceful and confident personality traits - Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team - Critical thinking skills to analyze data and make informed decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in managing a contact center team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
