Job Description:
Robinsons Land Corporation is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Contact Center Manager to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to improve overall contact center performance and customer satisfaction. 2. Manage and oversee a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to customers. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skill set of contact center staff. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner. 6. Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination within the organization. 7. Prepare and present reports on contact center performance to senior management. 8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and contact center management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience as a Contact Center Manager or similar role. 3. Strong communication and leadership skills. 4. Excellent presentation and research skills. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. 7. Knowledge of contact center software and systems. 8. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
