Job Description:
Storm Technologies is currently seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis in Taguig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level specialist with at least 4 years of experience, this role requires a hardworking and resourceful individual with excellent presentation skills and the ability to adapt to various situations.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, providing exceptional customer service at all times - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow - Meet or exceed performance targets and goals set by the company - Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes to better assist customers - Handle customer escalations and complaints with empathy and professionalism - Provide feedback to management on ways to enhance customer satisfaction and improve processes - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and data security
Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in using CRM software and other contact center tools - Must be able to work well in a team and independently - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
