Job Description - Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


AQWIRE is seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our customers to address their needs and concerns, while also leading a team of support agents to deliver exceptional service.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Manage a team of customer support agents, providing leadership and guidance - Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvements as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Train new team members on customer service best practices - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for improvements - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 5 years of experience in customer service or a related role - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Creative problem-solving abilities - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
