Customer Care Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Customer Care Officer to join our team at San Miguel Brewery Inc. This is a part-time position that can be done from the comfort of your own home in Davao City, Davao, PH. As an entry-level role, no prior experience is necessary, but a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls and emails - Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on company products, policies, and procedures

Requirements: - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Resourceful problem solver with strong negotiation skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other customer service software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
