Qwikwire is currently seeking a Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. This is a part-time position at the associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and motivated, with strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
As a Remote Customer Care Specialist at Qwikwire, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses through various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat - Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Working closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Contributing to team goals and initiatives to improve overall customer satisfaction
