Job Description - Customer Care Specialist


Job Description:


Plentina, a leading financial technology company in Pasig, NCR, PH, is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and possess a strong motivation to excel in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback. 2. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues for customers. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify and communicate customer trends and feedback to improve products and services. 6. Contribute creative ideas and problem-solving skills to enhance the overall customer experience. 7. Meet and exceed customer service goals and performance metrics.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with customers. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively. 4. Experience in using customer service software and CRM systems. 5.
