Job Description:
BeautyMNL is looking for a dedicated and independent Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Makati, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. This is a part-time position, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 7. Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and objectives. 8. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service department. 9. Provide input on strategic planning and customer experience improvement projects. 10. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Independent and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to think critically and strategically. 5. High level of adaptability in a fast-paced environment. 6. Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM systems. 7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
