Remote Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

BeautyMNL is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Remote Customer Success Associate to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer concerns and issues. 3. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with our products and services. 4. Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions. 5. Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Identify trends in customer inquiries and feedback to make recommendations for improvements. 7. Assist in creating customer success strategies and initiatives to increase customer retention and satisfaction. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and confident individual with excellent communication skills. 2. Ability to manage and build relationships with customers effectively. 3. Creative problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset. 4. Experience in people management and conflict resolution is a plus. 5. Must be comfortable working remotely and independently. 6. Experience in a similar role in the beauty industry is preferred but not required.
