Remote Customer Success Associate

At Investagrams, we are seeking a Remote Customer Success Associate to join our team based in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. This part-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Remote Customer Success Associate, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional support and guidance to our clients. This includes responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, troubleshooting issues, and providing product demonstrations and training as needed.

In addition to handling customer inquiries, you will also be responsible for analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and working closely with our product and marketing teams to implement solutions.

To excel in this role, you must be hardworking, confident, and have a creative approach to problem-solving. Strong people management skills are also essential, as you will be interacting with a diverse range of customers on a daily basis.
