Customer Success Associate - Work from home

Job Description: Great Deals E-commerce Corporation is seeking a Customer Success Associate to join our team in Davao City, PH. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a customer success or related role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through various channels to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services - Provide support and guidance to customers to help them maximize the value of their purchases - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and concerns - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in the development of customer success best practices and processes - Meet or exceed customer success metrics and KPIs
