Remote Customer Success Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team at Tanduay Distillers, Inc. This part-time position is ideal for someone with a mid-to-senior level of experience in the customer service industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement customer success strategies to increase retention and loyalty - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and upsell opportunities - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and provide insights to the product development team - Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any issues to prevent churn - Conduct regular check-ins and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) with key accounts - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success to continuously improve our processes

Requirements: - 6 years of experience in customer success or a related field - Hardworking and adaptable personality traits - Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and achieving retention goals - Experience working remotely and independently - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
