Job Description - Remote Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


Avion School is seeking a Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. This is a part-time entry-level position with no required years of experience. We are looking for individuals who are passionate and motivated to provide exceptional customer support to our students.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to student inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist students with enrollment, course information, and general inquiries. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary. 4. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and feedback. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve customer support skills. 7. Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight.


Requirements: 1. Passionate about helping others and providing outstanding customer service. 2. Highly motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting. 3. Strong teamwork and communication skills. 4. Proficient in using technology and troubleshooting basic technical issues. 5. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 6. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
