Job Description - Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


AllCare is seeking a part-time Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in customer support. The ideal candidate will be confident, independent, possess strong negotiation skills, and have excellent time management abilities.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs - Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer support - Confident and independent personality traits - Strong negotiation skills - Excellent time management abilities - Proficient in MS Office and CRM software - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
