Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Coins.ph, a leading financial technology company based in Caloocan, NCR, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Support Representative. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with zero years of experience who are looking to kickstart their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat 2. Assist customers with account inquiries, technical support, and issue resolution 3. Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products and services 4. Collaborate with the operations team to resolve customer complaints and feedback 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Stay up to date on company policies and procedures to ensure accurate information is provided to customers


Requirements: 1. Strong problem-solving skills 2. Excellent people management skills 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 6. Able to work evenings and weekends as needed
