Remote Live Chat Assistant

Job Description: Uproot Urban Farms is seeking a Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Davao City, PH. As an Associate Level position, the Remote Live Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support for our urban farming products. This part-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to assist with inquiries, product recommendations, and issue resolution - Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all customer interactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with other customer service tasks as needed

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or live chat support role - Strong communication skills with a confident and adaptable personality - Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment - Comfortable working remotely and using online chat platforms - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
