Job Description:
The Live Chat Manager at Universal Robina Corporation will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the live chat function within the company. This individual will be expected to manage a team of live chat agents, develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement, and ensure that all live chat interactions meet company standards.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of live chat agents, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement through live chat. 3. Monitor live chat interactions to ensure quality and adherence to company policies. 4. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in the live chat function. 5. Collaborate with other departments to optimize the live chat platform and integrate with other customer service channels. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management. 7. Handle escalated customer issues and provide guidance to live chat agents in resolving complex situations.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service or related role. 2. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively. 3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner. 4. Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction. 5. Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Strong cooperation and teamwork skills to collaborate with other departments. 7. Research skills to analyze data and identify trends in live chat interactions.
