Job Description:
Advance is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Online Account Support Assistant to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. This is a part-time position at the Associate level with a requirement of at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate should be resilient, driven, possess leadership skills, and have experience in project management.
Responsibilities: - Provide online account support to clients, including troubleshooting issues and answering inquiries - Assist in managing online accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and deliver high-quality service - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and provide regular updates on account status - Analyze data and report on key performance indicators to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve support strategies
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 4 years of experience in online account support or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in project management is a plus - Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
