Online Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Resellee is seeking a reliable and hardworking Online Call Center Officer to join our team in Makati. As an Associate Level Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online channels. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Managing and updating customer accounts and information accurately - Collaborating with other team members to address customer needs promptly - Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery - Conducting outbound calls to follow up with customers as needed - Providing feedback and recommendations for process improvement

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts as needed
