Online Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Online Chat Support Associate to join our team at Fetch Valet. As an Entry Level position, this role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner through online chat - Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and order support - Ensuring a positive customer experience by actively listening, understanding customer needs, and providing solutions - Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate via online chat - Ability to think strategically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment - Persuasive skills to influence customer decisions and drive problem resolution - Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms - High school diploma or equivalent
