Online Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

mClinica is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Online Chat Support Associate in Davao City, PH. This is a part-time, entry-level position with minimum one year of experience required.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online chat support to customers who have inquiries about our products or services. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Report any technical issues or trends to the appropriate department for resolution. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Must be passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 2. Dedicated to resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively. 3. Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and concerns. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat software. 7. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
