Job Description:
Qwikwire, a leading online payment processing company based in Davao City, PH, is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Representative to join our team at the Associate Level. We are looking for a resourceful and confident individual with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various online channels such as email, chat, and phone. 2. Assist clients with account inquiries, payment processing, and troubleshooting technical issues. 3. Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs promptly and effectively. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery. 5. Develop creative solutions to enhance the online client experience and increase client retention. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our database. 7. Stay up-to-date on product updates and services to provide accurate information to clients. 8. Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and skills in online client service.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field. 2. 3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients in a professional manner. 4. Strong people management skills and the ability to work well under pressure. 5. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
