Job Description - Online Contact Center Representative

Job Description:


We are seeking a reliable and driven Online Contact Center Representative to join our team at Advance in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online channels.


Responsibilities: 1. Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions. 3. Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution. 4. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers. 5. Analyzing customer feedback and providing insights to improve service delivery. 6. Managing customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 7. Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.


Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve effectively. 4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 5. Experience in people management and conflict resolution. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication platforms. 7. Flexible working hours and availability for part-time shifts.
