Online Web Chat Assistant

Emperador Distillers Inc. is looking for a reliable and passionate Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. This is a part-time, entry-level position requiring at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through online web chat support - Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize strategic planning to prioritize and address customer needs effectively - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks - Basic knowledge of customer service principles - Excellent problem-solving skills - Must be reliable and punctual - Passion for assisting customers and providing exceptional service
