Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

FlySpaces is looking for a part-time Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Quezon City. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through our web chat platform - Assist customers with bookings, payments, and general inquiries - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on FlySpaces products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Adaptable and resilient personality traits - Strong time management and organization skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Bachelor's degree preferred
