Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Smart Communications is seeking a talented and motivated Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Makati, NCR, Philippines. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform. You will assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through the web chat platform - Provide accurate information about products and services - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues - Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve customer concerns - Meet or exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction and response times - Identify opportunities for improving the customer experience through the web chat platform
