Web Chat Specialist

Monde Nissin is looking for a dynamic and adaptable Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Taguig, NCR, Philippines on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, we require at least 4 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Manage web chat inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses to customers - Assist customers with product information, order inquiries, and issue resolution - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve the efficiency of the web chat platform - Maintain a high level of professionalism and reliability in all customer interactions

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - People management skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary - Experience in using web chat platforms or customer service software - Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and business requirements - Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
