Job Description:
Ayala Corporation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Support Manager to join our remote team based in Davao City, Philippines. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of support staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the support process and improve overall efficiency. 3. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the support team, providing feedback and guidance for continuous improvement. 4. Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner. 5. Oversee the development of support materials and resources to aid in troubleshooting and problem-solving for customers. 6. Analyze support metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 7. Collaborate with other managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a customer support or similar role. 3. Proven experience in a leadership or managerial position. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong organizational and time management skills. 6. Energetic and adaptable personality traits. 7. Strategic planning and leadership soft skills. 8. Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
