Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging prospective customers or clients through various channels, including cold calling, online searches, and networking. Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify potential customers or clients through proactive outreach efforts, including cold calling, emailing, and online research.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the requirements and challenges of prospective clients.
• Present and demonstrate our design and marketing services to potential clients in a compelling and persuasive manner.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts and support customer needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse audiences.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a customer-centric approach to sales.

• Experience with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
