Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Penshoppe is seeking a motivated and independent Operations Associate to join our team on a remote basis. As an Associate Level role, the Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting various operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of our business. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong adaptability and research skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in managing day-to-day operations and tasks related to inventory, shipments, and logistics. 2. Collaborate with various teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency. 3. Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends. 4. Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights for decision-making. 5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 6. Support the team in achieving operational goals and targets. 7. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve operations.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or a related field. 2. Strong organizational and time-management skills. 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
