Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Humble Sustainability is seeking a passionate and independent Online Operations Associate to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in online operations.

Responsibilities: - Manage and update online inventory and product listings - Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely product delivery - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing strategies - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in ecommerce operations

Requirements: - Passionate about sustainability and environmental conservation - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent time management and multitasking abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ecommerce platforms - Experience in online operations or ecommerce is a plus
