Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

San Miguel Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Operations Associate. This entry-level position is based in our office in Taguig, NCR, PH, and will be part-time.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing and maintaining the company's online operations, including website maintenance, social media management, and e-commerce platforms. - Support the online marketing team in implementing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns. - Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless online operations and excellent customer experience. - Assist in monitoring and optimizing website performance, user experience, and conversion rates. - Provide support for customer inquiries, feedback, and issues related to online operations.

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a strong interest in online operations and digital marketing is a plus. - Confidence and resourcefulness to take on new challenges and find creative solutions. - Strong research and analytical skills to gather and interpret data effectively. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact with customers. - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
