Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Online Operations Associate to join our team at Cebu Pacific Air in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for supporting the online operations of our airline, ensuring smooth and efficient processes for our customers.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage online bookings, ensuring accuracy and timely processing - Assist with customer service inquiries and issue resolution related to online transactions - Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues affecting online operations - Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve the online user experience - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization - Support the Online Operations Manager in day-to-day tasks and projects

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the airline or e-commerce industry - Reliable and independent working style, able to take initiative and prioritize tasks efficiently - Strong creativity and problem-solving skills to identify and implement innovative solutions - Excellent teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Knowledge of online booking systems and e-commerce platforms - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
