Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Resellee is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Online Operations Associate to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the Online Operations Associate will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our online platform. This is a part-time position requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee daily operations of our online platform, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service. - Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of services. - Monitor key performance indicators and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. - Implement strategies to optimize efficiency and enhance the customer experience. - Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and drive growth. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in online operations, e-commerce, or a similar role. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Resilient and motivated with a can-do attitude. - Demonstrated cooperation and project management skills.
