Operations Associate

Job Description:

Meralco, a leading electric company in the Philippines, is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join our team in Makati, NCR. The Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting various operational functions within the company to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the coordination and execution of operational tasks, including but not limited to scheduling, inventory management, and documentation. 2. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement. 3. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement process improvements to streamline operations. 4. Support the onboarding and training of new team members to ensure a seamless transition into their roles. 5. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address operational issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or a related field. 3. Highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. 4. Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 5. Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.
